Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens, however, our full season is short and guest accommodations are limited for this area.

If you cancel and we are unable to rebook your room, you will be charged the full amount for your reservation.

Cancellations 72 hours or less are charged full reservation rate. No exceptions. No refunds.

No shows are charged full reservation rate.

These policies have been implemented due to past cancellation issues. We thank you for your business and understanding.

We offer a military discount with valid identification.

The Confluence House Bed & Breakfast offers five guest rooms. We have four rooms on the second floor. Our second floor rooms are named after the local rivers, the Casselman, Laurel Hill, Youghiogheny and Monongahela. The third floor is our Turkeyfoot Trail Suite.

Each of the rooms on the second floor are queen beds, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Two rooms, The Laurel Hill and Youghiogheny have private baths en suite. These are both showers. The Casselman and Monongahela share a center hall bath, for use by guests in these two rooms only. The center hall bath is a clawfoot tub/shower combination.

The Monongahela, our largest room on the second floor, also accommodates a roll away for a third guest, extra bed in the room.

NEW CHANGES TO THE TURKEYFOOT TRAIL SUITE!!!

Our third floor hosts the Turkeyfoot Trail Suite. It consists of a main bedroom area with KING bed, twin bedroom nook, and twin roll away. The suite has two sitting areas, one in the turret with two large rattan chairs and the other in the main bedroom area with two chairs and a table. It has a private bathroom with luxurious clawfoot tub to soak away the days activity. The suite is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. A mini fridge has also been added to the suite. New photos below!!! Perfect for honeymoon, anniversary get away, family vacation or girls weekend away.

Our rates are for single or double occupancy. There is an additional charge for extra beds in the Monongahela and Turkeyfoot Trail Suite.
