Policies
Cancellation Policy
If a
customer cancels 10 days or less prior to the date of check-in,
the customer will be charged for each reserved night and room
that The Confluence House cannot re-book. The Confluence House
will make every effort to re-book the room so the customer can
avoid this charge. Events, special weekends and holidays may
require a 30-day cancellation policy. No shows will be charged
the full amount of their reservation.
Breakfast
The
Confluence House Bed and Breakfast serves a full breakfast each
morning. Breakfast is served in the Formal Dining Room from 8am
– 9:30am. With advance notice, we can accommodate earlier
breakfast times. If you are in a rush, simply ask for a
“Breakfast-To-Go.” We can also accommodate special dietary needs
with advance notice.
Children
We accept
children of all ages; however parents or guardians must
supervise minors at all times. Please be courteous and
understand that some of our guests are seeking respite from all
their stresses, including work, home and children.
Smoking
Smoking is
allowed outdoors. We do not allow smoking anywhere inside the
building.
